Today was a day of mixed emotions and feelings. Earlier in the day I got to see an old friend and have lunch. I have not since this friend since 2004 and it was amazing to catch up and be up to speed on what is going on. After that I was on the grind and had a productive day for the FLEXUS GROUP. I thank you all who have decided to be fans of the EPIC Performance site. We are going to be having great specials soon so look for them in the near future.
Tonight my sister called and informed me that my father is in the hospital. He is doing well and I thank those who have already sent messages and prayers. Those out there that did not know if you could throw up a little prayer or thought, it would mean the world to me and my family.
I started my "Death March" today and it felt great and I am looking foward to waking up and attacking the day tomorrow. I will be working in Miami tomorrow so that will be fun. The video for tonight shows the dangers of cooking in the home. With that in mind, next time you are hungry and want good, clean, healthy food check out Pasha's in south Florida.
